Yummy Sweet Crepes By Lisa

Ingredients
3/4 c. Flour1 large Egg, beatenpinch of Salt1 1/4 c. Milk
Directions
First, make a well with the flour in a mixing bowl and add 1c of milk and beaten egg.
Next, mix flour and liquids throughly.
Then, add the 1/4 c. milk and mix the batter until smooth. Add more milk to make the batter runny and smooth if needed.
Next, heat a small sauce pan and spray with oil spray and put 1/10 of the batter in the pan. Rotate the pan to cover the bottom completly.
Cook on Medium-Low heat unitl the batter looks opaque. Flip Crepe and cook on the other side for about 20-30 seconds. It should be lightly golden on each side.
Put on a plate and spread a small amount of butter or spread on it and sprinkle splenda lightly over the whole thing. Fold the crepe in 1/2 and then in 1/2 again.

You can put any filling sweet or savory and it will be wonderful!!!!
