Introduction

Ingredients

    Brioche made with
    white flour 3 cup
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup oil ,
    1/2 tsp salt ,
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp yeast
    +2 tbsp sugar for decoration ( optioanl)

Directions

I make it on the bead machine ( but you can also use a mixer as cuisinart or kitchan aid that has the kneeeding tools ) :

let the yeast to be activated by adding warm water 2 tbsp +1 tsp either honey or sugar
once the yeast make like foam I put it on the machine with warm milk ( you can use the skim one ) oil, salt sugar and flour than I start the bread machine , I let it raise in the machine ...than I remove it from the machine shape small balls and cook in a medium heat 300 degree for about 35 mn or until brown ( I also like to make a design on the balls by making a cut with cisors on top like an X and put 1/2 tsp of sugar on the X )
