Ingredients
1 cup flour1 cup bran1 tbsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. nutmeg1/2 tsp. all spice1/4 cup packed brown sugar2 egg whites , beaten3/4 cup water1/4 cup Motts applesauce1/2 cup pumkin, canned
Directions
Makes 12 muffins.
Combine flour, bran, baking powder, salt, and spices. Add brown sugar and mix until no lumps remain. Combine egg, water, applesauce and pumpkin. Mix thoroughly. Add to dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Do not overmix. Spoon into greased muffin pan. Bake 350 degrees. for 25 minutes.
