3 tsp Garlic Salt (Coarse Ground with Parsley) - Lawry's,2 tsp Pepper, white2 tsp Pepper, black2 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne2 tsp Thyme, ground2 tsp Paprika1/2 tsp Parsley, dried
Directions
Mix all together an use to season meats or in Cajun dishes such as jambalaya.

    I added the extra seasoning and and only put 1tsp of garlic salt with parsley. With high blood pressure this recipe still had too much sodium for me. - 1/11/13
