Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz or 1 lbTomato Soup, 1 can (no water added)Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano (with spices optional) 1 canBell peppers, any color, 1 large chopped Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 2 tbspBeans, red kidney, 1 can ( drained )
Directions
in a medium pot add the oil, peppers and ground turkey. cook until turkey is no longer pink. if desired drain meet & pepper mixture. add the can of soup, diced tomatoes, and can of beans. let simmer on low heat for about 2 hours, stirring often. This batch makes about 8 1cup servings.

This recipe can be doubled easily and as an added treat it can be topped with shredded or chunked cheese.
