Ingredients
1 cup spinach1 medium orange1 medium apple1 cup Dannon Light N Fit nonfat vanilla yogurt2 cups of ice
Directions
Blend 1 cup of spinach with peeled orange in a blender. Blend for 3 minutes. Peel the skin off the apple and add to the blender with 1 cup of yogurt and ice. Blend until all ingridents are mixed together, serve. Makes 2 LARGE servings.
