Baked Seasoned Pork Chops

6 lean center-cut pork chops1 egg white1 cup evaporated non-fat milk1/4 cup Kroger seasoned bread crumbs4 tsp. paprika2 tsp. oregano3/4 tsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. black pepper1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper1/2 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Beat egg white with evaporated milk.
Place chops in milk mixture and let stand for 5 minutes, turning chops once.
Meanwhile, mix together bread crumbs, spices, and salt.
Remove chops from milk mixture.
Coat thoroughly with crumb mixture.
Place chops in pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Turn chops and bake 15 minutes longer or until no pink remains.
6 servings: one pork chop per serving.
