Ingredients
2lbs - Ground Turkey5 Strips - Bacon3/4 Cup - bread crumbs1 - Egg1 - Carrot (Shredded)1 tbs - Italian Seasoning1 - Onion (finely chopped)Salt, Pepper (To Taste)Optional - Tyme or Sage
Directions
1. Combine well, everything with a fork loaf into your choice of pan.
2. Place Bacon layered on top.
3. Bake at about 350 degrees for 45 min, to an hour, or until done.
