Loaded Cream of Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2 Frozen Chicken Tenderloins1/2 of med onion diced1/2 can of mixed veggies1 can of Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup1 soup can of water4 tablespoons of EVOO2 celery stalks diced1 small can of mushrooms1 tsp parsley1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Add 2 tsp of EVOO to a soup pot and cook chicken tenderloins on med.
while cooking dice onions and celery
when chicken is done take it out of the pot and dice or shred
add 2 tsp of EVOO to the pot and toss in celery and onions
when they start to become translucent add the shreded chicken, 1/2 can of mixed veggies, small can of mushrooms, 1 can cream of cream of chicken soup, 1 soup can of water, parsley and pepper. cook til bubbling.

I then spoon the finish soup into 4 tupper ware containers when cool i fridgerate 1 for the next days lunch and freezed the others for future lunches.
