Chicken Pita

Ingredients
1 chicken breast w/o skin, cut into strips1/2 c green pepper3 large onion slices1/2 medium whole tomato1 TBS veg oil1 pita
Directions
Put veg oil in small frying pan. Add chicken breast strips and sautee until about 1/2 cooked. Season with garlic salt and pepper. When chicken is cooked about half way through, add green pepper and onion. Just before green pepper and onion are cooked add tomato and cook for about 2 min. Serve on top of pita. May be served with some tzaziki if desired. (Tzazki is just cucumber, lemon juice and sour cream)
