Cranberry-walnut muffins

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour1/2 cup sugar1 Tbs baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 egg (beaten)3/4 cup milk1/3 cup canola oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix wet ingredients in small bowl. Add wet to dry. Stir just until moistened. Gently stir in cranberries and nuts.

Bake in lined muffin cups at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
