Gluten-Free Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients
2 T unsweetened applesauce2 T Agave nectar1 large egg2/3 cup GF Flour1/3 cup Buckwheat flour1/4 tsp. guar gum1/4 tsp. salt1 1/2 tsp. baking powder3/4 cup milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients except milk. Slowly stir in milk. Batter will be slightly thin and there should be no lumps. Pour onto hot griddle and cook until small bubbles appear. Flip and brown.
