Homemade Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
1lb Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean,3/4 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne1/2 tsp Sage, ground3/4 tsp Pepper, black1/2 tsp Onion powder1/2 tsp Thyme, ground
Directions
Makes 8- 2oz servings

1. Combine all ingredients ( I use my hands to really make sure all the ingredients are blended well).

2. I use a food scale and measure a 2 oz ball and flatten it on a hot griddle or frying pan that is sprayed with cooking oil. Cook until well done. Enjoy
