Whole wheat and yummy french toast

Ingredients
# Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz) # Milk, nonfat, 1 cup # Egg, fresh, 2 large # Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp #Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp # Pancake mix, 1/4cup# Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 6 slice, thin (3-3/4" x 5" x 3/8") cooking spraysyrup
Directions
whisk the all of the ingredients together except the bread. Heat skillet to medium heat- use cooking spray if desired. When skillet is hot, dip bread into batter. Place on skillet and bake until golden brown on each side. Serve with syrup, applesauce, or fresh fruit. Serving size: two slices.
