* Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove) * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove) * *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 48 tsp (remove) * Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup (remove) * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup (remove) * Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove) * Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove) * Ginger, ground, .50 tsp (remove) * Cloves, ground, .50 tsp (remove)
In one bowl mix all dry ingredients. In another bowl beat all liquid ingredients. With an electric mixer beat half of the dry mixture into the liquid mixture. Slowly add other half. Coat either two bread pans or one 13X9 pan with cooking spray. Pour in batter and bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Makes 24 generous servings! For an extra tasty treat, dust with powdered sugar or serve with fat free cool whip or fat free butter spread.
