* Fresh Orange, 2 med to large size * Honeydew Melon, 1 wedge (1/8 of 6" to 7" dia melon) * Green Apples, fresh, .50 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l * Fiber Powder (Target brand), 2 tbsp * Protein Powder (Herbalife Brand), 2 tbsp
Directions
Put them all in the mixer with about half to 1 cup of water max. No need for sugar unles the oranges are sour, in which case you should follow according to your needs.
