Donna's Seafood & Corn Chowder

6 cups fresh corn4oz heavy cream16oz skim milk8 small red bliss potatoes, cut in half10 jumbo shrimp, cut in half4tbsp butter1cup chopped vidalia onionsalt & pepper to taste1tbsp chopped garlic10oz frozen crab flavored seafood flakes
1) In large pot, cook corn, add skim milk & heavy cream.
2) In separate pan, saute garlic & onions in butter.
3) Once corn, milk & cream boil, reduce heat to medium& add potatoes
4) Add shrimp, crab & onions reduce heat to simmer for 45 minutes
5) Once cool, serve & enjoy.
Makes approximately (10) ten 1 cup servings
