Chicken Taco Filling

Ingredients
16.5 ounces of chicken breasts, bone and skin removed1 packet reduced sodium taco seasoning
Directions
Boil chicken in water until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Take chicken out and use two forks to separate/shred the chicken and mix with packet of taco seasoning.

For me this produces approximately 3 cups of chicken, serving size is approximately 1 tbsp
I usually mix this chicken with refried beans for tacos.
