Taco Cups

Ingredients
1 pound Ground beef or other ground meat you like1 bag of your favorite shredded cheese I use Gouda1 can Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits Salt to taste Pepper to tasteChili powder to taste Cumin powder to tasteGarlic fresh or powder1 Taco Bell seasoning packet Sour Cream Lettuce shredded Tomatoes diced
Directions
This will make 6-8 muffin cups.
Spray Muffin Pan with a non stick spray

Preheat the oven according to the Biscuit can

First, you brown the meat with the Cumin, Garlic Salt, Pepper, Chili Powder. After you brown the meat follow the directions on the taco seasoning packet. While the meat is cooking take the biscuits and form a cup in the muffin pan.

After the meat is done fill each biscuit cup with the cooked meat, and put in the oven, and bake until golden brown.

Once the biscuits are golden brown sprinkle the cheese on top of the cups and put back into the oven to let the cheese melt. After the cheese is melted let them cool and top with your favorite toppings.

    I left out the Chilli powder, cummin and pepper and used wraps instead of the biscuit dough which lowered baking time and calories, it was great! - 11/15/09
