Whole Wheat Banana Pumpkin Bread

~~~~~~~~~Batter~~~~~~~~~0.5 can Libby's Pure Pumpkin, 15 oz can1.33 cups Sugar Twin brand sweetener3 large Eggs2 cups mashed Banana (about 4 small)2 tsp Vanilla extract1.5 cups white Flour2 cups Whole Wheat Flour4 tspBaking Powder0.5 tsp Baking Soda0.5 tsp Morton Lite Salt1 cup chopped Walnuts~~~~~~~~~Topping~~~~~~~~~0.5 cups Brown Sugar0.25 cups chopped walnuts
Cream together the first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the next 5 ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients into the large mixing bowl, combine well.
Add the chopped walnuts and continue mixing until a thick batter forms.
Split the batter between 3 loaf pans (about 1.5 - 1.75 cups in each). If using deeper loaf pans, you may only need 2.
Mix together the brown sugar and chopped walnuts, sprinkle evenly on top of the loaves.
Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Makes 3 loaves, 12 slices each (about 3/4 inch thick), for 36 total slices.
