Ingredients
1 C plain non-fat yogert1/2 C frozen blueberries1/3 C grape nuts cereal
Directions
Makes 1 serving for breakfast or lunch
In evening layer ingredients in container with lid
End with blueberries as top layer
Cover and refrigerate overnight, the yogert will soften the grape nuts. I used to take this item to lunch at work, very filling.
