Breadmaker Raisin Loaf

1 tsp yeast400 gr white strong/bread flour50g r sugar¾ tsp salt1 tsp ground cinnamon½ tsp ground ginger¼ tsp ground nutmeg1/8 tsp ground clove1 orange zest100 ml orange juice (or as much as 1 orange and the rest water)110 ml water50 ml olive oil100 gr raisins
1. Put the ingredients in the breadmaker in the order seen apart from the raisins.
2. Add the raisins as dry ingredient as per your breadmaker’s instructions.
3. Select the smaller size on a basic bread setting of about 4 hours for best results (or raisin loaf if option there).
Makes one small loaf (about 15 12x12x1 cm slices)
