Fresh Winter Slaw

Ingredients
-Dressing-4 tbsp red wine vinager1/3 c olive oil (more or less based on your tastes)dash of saltFresh cracked pepperWisk dressing together in the bottem of the bowl you plan to serve this in. Attach the shredding blade on food proccesser or mandalin. Shredd the following ingredients. Carrots- 5-6 mediumRed or green cabbage - 1/2 medium headApple cored but not peeled- 2 meduim ( I like Granny Smith)Toss everthing together in a big bowl and enjoy. Makes 10 servings of 2/3 c aprox.
Directions
Mix dressing ingredients, with shredded veggies and apples.

Enjoy the fresh flavors with fish, chicken or mexican food. Sometimes I do this with just carrots, vinager, olive oil and lots of cracked pepper and it tastes like something from a french bistro.
