Pumpkin Corn Muffins

Ingredients
Harvest Hill Corn Muffin Mix1 cup canned pumpkin, without salt1/2 cup Cinnamon Apple Sauce1 large Egg3/4 cup 1% milk1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Spray or line muffin tins.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir by hank until thoroughly moinstened (batter may be lumpy). Allow batter to rest 5 min. before filling cups.

Fill cups 1/2 to 3/4 full with batter.

Bake for 20 min.

Cool for 10 min.
