Chicken w/ Mrs Dash Lemon Peppercorn 10 Minute Marinade

* wine red/white cooking, 4 tbsp * Mrs Dash Lemon Herb Peppercorn Marinade, 1/2 cup * 2 Chicken drumstick skinless legs, 8 oz * 2 Chicken Thighs w/bone, skinned 3 0z, 6 oz
Pre-heat oven to 350
Put chicken and marinade and wine in bowl and let sit for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Spray a baking pan with Pam or line pan with foil.
Arrange chicken in pan and pour rest of marinade over it.
Bake for 15 minutes, turn chicken over once and bake for another 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink inside.
If adding frozen veggies; microwave a cup for 5 minutes on high and mix into chicken dish before serving.
Makes 2 servings.
