Low-fat fresh pumpkin pie

Ingredients
3 cups pumpkin puree made from fresh pumpkin1 14-oz can Eagle Brand fat-free sweetened condensed milk4 large eggs1.5 t cinnamon1 t cloves1 t allspice1/2 t ginger
Directions
Bake pie crust shell as directed on package. Mix together all liquid ingredients and spices. Pour into baked pie shell. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then lower temp to 150 and bake for another 45-60 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    I'm not positive of what size milk can is correct and when I made it it would not set. After an hour turned it up to 250 & baked it for 1 more hour. It still wouldn't set but I had to go to bed so I let it set overnight and then put it in the fridge. I was hesitant to serve but ended up awesome. - 11/8/09
