Potluck Ham and Pasta

Ingredients
1 pkg elbow macaroni-16 oz4 cups fresh broccoli florets1/2 cup finely chopped onion1/2 cup butter, cubed1/2 cup flour1 tsp ground mustard1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper6 cups milk1 jar (15 oz) process cheese sauce2 cups shredded cheddar cheese4 cups cubed fully cooked ham
Directions
Cook pasta and add broccoli at last 3-4 min. In a Dutch oven, saute onion in butter for 2 min. Stir in flour, mustard, salt and pepper until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 min or until thickened. Stir in cheese and 1 cup cheddar until blended.

Remove from the heat; stir in the ham, macaroni and broccoli. Divide between a greased 13x9x2 baking dish and a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheedar.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-35 min or until bubbly and heated through.
