Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup soy sauce8 oz unsweetened crushed pineapple w/juice2 Tbsp brown sugar2 Tbsp rice vinegar½ tsp garlic clove minced¼ tsp. Ginger, ground
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend on liquefy setting 30 seconds.
Place marinade in Plastic bag or glass container.
Marinate 4-6 pieces of chicken for 2 hours.
Makes 18 2 Tbsp. servings (I estimate that 2 Tbsp. remain on chicken) discard remaining marinade.
