Ingredients:Carrots, raw, 4 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)Zucchini, 680 grams (remove)Leeks, 3 leek (remove)Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 15 wrapper, eggroll (7" square) (remove)Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)*Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Stir-fry all veggies with the oil, vinegar and sesame seeds in a wok. Use that to stuff the egg rolls, and bake!
