Ingredients
2 lg eggs1 2/3 cup skim milk2 Tbsp Splenda1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 8inch round pan. Bake 40 minutes until knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool.
