* Ground Beef (96/4), 1.27lbs * Onions, raw, .5 medium, diced * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium, diced * Carrots, raw, 1 large, shredded * Egg, fresh, 1 large, beaten * *Bread, 45 Calorie & Delightful, 100% Whole Wheat, Sara Lee, 1 slice, 2 slices * *Ketchup, Heinz, 1/4 cup * Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp * Milk, 1%, .25 cup * Salt, 2 dash * *Onion powder, 1 tbsp * Oregano, ground, .25 tbsp * *Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g), 3 gram(s) * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Directions
put all ingredients in a bowl mix together with hands, put in bread pan and bake on 350 for 45 minutes
