Ingredients
Reserve 3/4 c. off the liquid drained from the Mackerel & adding milk to make complete 3/4 c. if needed.*Fish Pacific Jack Mackerl Equality, 75 gram Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 3 cup, dry, yieldsParsley, dried, 1 tbsp *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yieldsMrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.25 tsp Celery, raw, .50 cup, diced (Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Olive Oil, greasing loaf pan.Egg, fresh, 2 large
Directions
Drain & reserve juice from Mackerel, set aside. Flake the fish in a bowl large enough for the additional ingredients. Stir in Oats, seasoning, lemon juice & vegetables; blend well.

Suggest using hands in Ziploc Bags for cleanlyness Apply oil to Loaf Pan, mold mixture & place into pan, smoothing the top for appearance.

Bake 350* 45 min. depending on oven.
