French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
5 cups white bread, cubed4 large eggs1 1/2 cups whole milk1/4 cup sugar, divided1/4 t salt1 t vanilla1 T unsalted butter1 t cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease 9X13 inch casserole. Line bottom of casserole with bread cubes. In bowl, beat together eggs, milk, 2 T sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour mixture over bread. Dot with butter; let stand for 10 minutes.

Combine remaining sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake about 45-50 minutes, until top is golden brown.
