1 pound ground turkey1 pound ground pork.5 cup diced carrots.5 cup diced ginger3 cloves garlic minced2 tbsp rice vinegar60 wonton wrappers
mix first 6 ingredients. fill one wanton wrapper with 1 heaping taespoon of filling, moisten edges and fold in half like a ravioli. keep covered with damp paper towels as you work. Steam however many dumplings you want and freeze the rest for another day. makes 60 dumplings about 60 calories each. Serve with soy sauce and rice vinegar to dip.
