Italian Dressing Style Chicken & Brown Rice

2 Chicken Breast w/o skin1 - 12 oz can of corn1/4 cup of black beans1 tbs of italian salad dressing1/4 tsp of salt1/4 tsp of black pepper freshly ground1 clove of garlic3 cups of brown rice (uncooked)3 tbs of water
Boil chicen breasts for 30 minutes or until fully cooked
transfer chicken to cutting board once it is cool. Meanwhile prepare the brown rice in steamer or pan. While those are cooking simmer the black beans and corn in a large pan adding the salt, pepper & garlic. Add the diced chicken and the italian salad dressing & 3 tbs of water to the pan and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve over brown rice.
