Ingredients
Fresh, Whole Bird Roaster Size Chicken, 3 lbs.Florida's Natural, Orange Juice Plus Calcium with Added Vitamin D, 1 cupGarlic, 1/4CCarrots, raw, 1 1/2 C choppedPearl Onions 1/4 CWaterchestnuts 1/2 C quartered Chicken stock, home-prepared, .1/4 C
Directions
Brown Chicken in pressure cooker for 5 min per side. Remove from heat.

Cut up carrots in large chunks.

Add all ingredients into pressure cooker, return to heat. Cook at full pressure for 15 min per pound of chicken.

Serve with rice.
