Chile Con Carne

Ingredients
1.5 # Ground chuck 1 Can Kidney beans, dark red, drainedI cup chopped oinio1/2 green pepper, chopped1 can tomato soup1 large can diced tomatoes32 oz canned tomato juice1 Tbs chile powder1.5 tsp salt, to taste
Directions
In a soup pot, brown beef, onion and green pepper. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Use more or less tomato juice for desired consistency. Simmer on low heat for 30 - 60 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
