3 chicken breasts1/2 cup Great Value Garden Variety Spaghetti SauceParmesan Shake and BakeOptionalSpaghetti PastaExtra SauceParmesan or Mozzerella Cheese
Cut chicken breast in half.
Place in ziploc bag with S&B and shake until covered.
Place in Pyrex type dish and cook at 350 for about 20 minutes or until top is starting to brown
Turn oven off and add sauce and cheese. Leave in oven until cheese melts and tops are brown.
Makes 6 servings of 1/2 breast pieces.
I usually serve this with the cheese and extra sauce and with pasta, but I am trying to cut calories by taking off the cheese, reducing the amount of sauce, and replacing it with a smaller amount of whole wheat pasta.
