Ingredients
Directions
*Garbanzo Beans, 1.75 cup (1 Can, Drained, Rinsed Well)*MORTON Sea Salt, 0.50 tspGarlic Powder, 1 tsp Salt-free Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend Table Blend, 0.50 tsp 100% VIRGIN OLIVE OIL SPRAYPreheat Oven to 400 Degrees. Spray Cookie Sheet with Olive Oil Spray.

*The sodium that is in this recipe reflects a reduction of approximately 25%-30% off of a regular (not low sodium) can of beans. The reduction was taken for the rinsing of the beans. However, the sodium count for the sea salt used has been added in and reflected in the total sodium count per serving. If you are watching your salt intake closely you may want to eliminate the salt or take it to a minimum.
Spread out on a couple layers of paper towels and pat dry with more paper towels, gently rolling to get all sides. Remove any outer skins that have come off the beans and discard.
Put dried beans on prepared cookie sheet, spray with olive oil cooking spray, sprinkle with seasonings and shake cookie sheet to coat all beans.
Put in oven, preheated to 400 Degrees, bake for 15 minutes. Open oven and shake pan to distribute the roasted beans. Bake an additional 12-15 minutes, shaking pan half way through again. Turn off oven, shake pan one last time and let sit in cooling oven about 5 minutes. Don't over bake as they can dry out. It may take a couple times with your own oven to perfect the crunchiness desired.
Makes 4 Servings of approximately 4.1 oz each.

Keep in mind when they dry out the ozs change I've been told that one OZ of Dried Beans = 45 Calories, 2g Fat, 6g Carbs, 1g Fiber, and 1g Protein. Hope this helps.
