FRANZ NET 4 HIGH FIBER BREAD, 2 servingEGG BEATERS, 1 serving Skim milk 1/4 cup *1/2 C fresh blueberries, 1 serving*Smuckers Low Calorie Breakfast Syrup, Sugar Free, 1/4 cup, 1 serving *Smart Balance (LIGHT Butter Spread) **Serving= 1 tablespoon**, .5 serving
Heat grill with butter spread, mix skim milk and egg beaters together and dip bread in mixture. Place on grill cook on one side until lightly golden turn and cook on the other side until golden. Remove from grill top with sugar free syrup and blueberries.
