Homemade Root Vegtable Beef Soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Swanson Low Sodium Fat Free Beef Broth, 6 cup *Campbell's low sodium tomato juice, 1 cup Rutabagas, 1 cup, cubesTurnips, .5 cup, cubes Parsnips, 1 parsnip (9" long)Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped Pepper, black, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Beef, tenderloin, 15.68 oz *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 3 clove
Directions
- Peel/Dice all your vegtables
- Heat oil in your pan over medium heat
- Saute onion and garlic till
- Add diced tenderloin to pan and brown
-Add the rest of your vegtables and tomato juice to the pan
let simmer about 5-10 min
-Add beef broth continue simmering until vegtables are tender and meat is cooked.
