Black beansTomato sauce (I use Hunt's no-sugar-added, 1 large can)Ground Turkey (7% fat), brownedRipe tomatoes, quartered or sliced, 6chili powder to taste (about 2 tbsp)Dreamfields pasta, cookedYellow and Red bell peppers, 1 ea., diced

Add peppers and cooked pasta toward the end so they stay firm
