Pepper Jack Mashed Potato and Cauliflower

Ingredients
Cauliflower, cooked, 4 cup (1" pieces) *Baked Potato, with skin, 4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia. *Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese, 12 oz Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 tbsp fresh garlic (12 cloves)pepper to taste
Directions
Makes about 24 1/2 cup servings

Boil potatoes and cauliflower with 12 cloves of garlic and pepper.
Put boiled product in food processor.
Mix with sour cream and 2 cups grated pepper jack cheese.

Serve and enjoy!
