Curried Salmon

Ingredients
* 2 Salmon steak (enough for 4) * 4 Tbs Shiba’s Curry Masala (spice) Powder * 4 Tbs Lemon juice
Directions
Place the salmon into a plastic food bag (or bowl with a lid that seals) with the spice and shake to cover well. Pour in the lemon juice and shake some more. The spice and lemon juice will make a paste. Let it marinate for at least an hour. Broil on both sides until the fish is done. The spices may char, but this doesn't detract from the taste.
