Crockpot Turkey Meatballs with Apple, Cheddar and Craisins

Ingredients
Ground turkey --1 ˝ lbs extra leanEgg—1 lgSalt--1 tspGround black pepper--1 tspOnion --1/2 cupGreen apple--1 peeled and shreddedSharp cheddar (2%) --1/2 cup shreddedCraisins--1/2 cup
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, mix the ground turkey with the ingredients. Make golf-sized meatballs, and drop them into crockpot. Cover and cook - on high for 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours.

Makes 10-12 meatballs.
