Ingredients
2 Tbs of Brown sugar1 Tbs of Dijon Mustard1 c. Picante sauce2 lbs. Pork Loin, cut into 2 inch wide strips
Directions
MIX SUGAR, PICANTE, & THE MUSTARD IN LARGE MIXING BOWL; ADD THE PORK & COVER WELL.

PLACE THE PORK INTO A SHALLOW BAKING DISH, THEN SPOON THE MIXTURE EVENLY ACROSS EACH "RIB".

PLACE IN A 400* PRE-HEATED OVEN & COOK FOR 25 MINUTES OR TO DESIRED DONENESS.
