eggplant crumble

Ingredients
onions 2tbspgarlic 2 glovesolive oil 1tbsp2 eggplantsfeta cheese 20gbutter 10g whole wheat flour 2tbspnatural oat flakes 1tbspsour cream 1tbsp1egg
Directions
I cook eggplants cut into slices in a steamcooker, meanwhile I fry onions and garlic till they are transparant. Then I mix them with cooked eggplants.
I beat an egg with the sour cream and salt it a little bit.
To make the crumble, i put melted butter and feta cheese, whole wheat flour and oatmeal flakes together and work them with fingers;
Half of this mixture I put into a cake form; then I add a half of beaten egg, then another layer of eggplants, then beaten egg again. Put the crumble mixture on the top and all this buty goes to the oven of 350° for 15-20 minutes.
