Beef Taco Bake

Ingredients
half large onion, chopped1lb. lean ground beef1 can diced tomatoes (with chilies), drained3T tomato paste.75c skim milk6 flour tortillas cut into 1-inch pieces.5c shredded cheese
Directions
Saute onion and beef. Drain fat. Add tomatoes, paste and milk. Stir until combined. Add cheese and tortilla pieces. Pour into 2Qt casserole, greased, and bake covered for 20-25 minutes until bubbling. Serve with low fat sour cream, salsa and more cheese as desired. Makes 5-6 servings.
