Low Fat Version of Aunt Roboye's Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
Casserole:4-5 good size sweet potatoes1/2 cup splenda, more if not sweet enough1/2 cup smart balance lite spread1/2 cup egg beaters1 tsp vanilla1/3 cup nonfat milkTopping:1/3 cup smart balance light spread1 cup splenda brown sugar blend1/2 cup flour1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions
Boil and mash potatoes. Add sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix together. Pour into 9x13 baking dish.

Mix all items for topping, add more flour and brown sugar if not crumbly enough. Crumble over top of sweet potato mixture.

Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
