Guittard Original Chocolate Chip Cookie

2 1/4 c all purpose flour (unsifted)1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 c unsalted softened butter 3/4 c granulated sugar3/4 c packed brown sugar2 large eggs1 tsp vanilla2 c Guittard Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
Slowly add the flour mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
